About the Role
As a Center Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading both the clinical and operational success of your center. This position is designed for a leader who wants to make a tangible impact on the lives of children with autism while building a thriving team. You will oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling and hiring, while ensuring the highest standards of ABA therapy are delivered.
In this role, you will provide strategic leadership and mentorship to a dedicated team of BCBAs, RBTs/BTs, and operations staff. You will foster a collaborative culture where both clients and team members thrive, serving as the primary point of contact for families to keep them informed, empowered, and supported. You will also act as a liaison with schools and community partners to strengthen client support and broaden Mindcolor's impact.
