Creative Therapy Solution is a BCBA-owned applied behavior analytic practice dedicated to the belief that every person deserves to be seen, regardless of their abilities or disabilities. Our mission is to teach self-determination skills to children with disabilities and their parents through evidence-based assessments and treatments. We utilize approaches such as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), the PEAK Relational Training System based on Relational Frame Theory (RFT), and the philosophy of Functional Contextualism (FC).

The Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will be the hands-on partner in implementing our mission. You will work directly with children and families across a variety of settings, including homes, schools, clinics, and community locations. Your day will involve the direct implementation of skill acquisition and behavior-reduction plans developed by your supervisor, ensuring that every interaction is grounded in evidence-based practices. You will also be responsible for accurate daily documentation and data collection, which are vital for tracking progress and refining treatment strategies. This role requires physical agility to support clients in various environments and the ability to transition quickly between tasks and locations to ensure the safety and well-being of those we serve.

Hiring Process

To join our team, candidates must complete a fingerprint clearance card and a 40-hour training program conducted by a BACB certificant based on the RBT Task List. You will also need to pass the RBT Competency Assessment and a criminal background check. Reliable transportation, including a valid driver's license and auto insurance, is required as the position involves travel to multiple work sites.
