As a Beauty and Wellness Consultant, you will be the face of our beauty department, dedicated to maximizing sales and brand awareness through exceptional, personalized customer care. This role exists to provide impartial expertise and inspirational beauty knowledge regardless of a customer's brand preference or budget. You will model a distinctive and delightful customer experience, offering solutions for total beauty and wellness needs, including mini-makeovers and skincare consultations.
In this position, you will engage with customers to identify their unique needs, utilizing tools like the Skin Hydrometer and tablets to provide tailored product demonstrations. You will lead in-store events to foster brand loyalty and build authentic relationships that extend beyond the transaction. Whether assisting with omni-channel solutions or ensuring the department maintains the highest standards of hygiene and organization, your goal is to create a warm, professional environment where every customer feels valued.

Licensure in Cosmetology or as an Esthetician granted by the appropriate state licensing authority. Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community, and with vendors. Experience demonstrating makeup application and providing makeovers to customers. Experience selling Prestige brands. Degree from Beauty School. Experience with another retailer in the form of an Externship.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Degree from Beauty School preferred.
