About the Role

As a Beauty and Wellness Consultant, you will be the face of our beauty department, maximizing sales and brand awareness by providing exceptional, personalized care. This role exists to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience that goes beyond simple transactions. You will model and deliver a professional, friendly, and efficient service, offering impartial expertise and advice regardless of a customer's brand preference or budget.

In this position, you will act as a trusted advisor, providing inspirational beauty knowledge and solutions for total looks. Your day will involve conducting mini-makeovers and skincare consultations, utilizing tools like the Skin Hydrometer to provide data-driven recommendations. You will engage with customers to identify their needs, lead in-store events to foster brand loyalty, and leverage omni-channel solutions to ensure customers find what they need, even if it requires locating items in other stores or online.

The Team Environment

You will work collaboratively with store leadership and fellow Beauty and Wellness Consultants to maintain high standards for the beauty department. This role requires a passion for beauty and wellness trends, with a focus on continuous self-development. You will share best practices, mentor new consultants, and educate the team on new product launches and industry updates. By maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant department, you contribute to a culture of excellence and safety.
