About the Role

As a Beauty and Wellness Consultant, you will be the face of our beauty department, maximizing sales and brand awareness by delivering exceptional, personalized customer care. This role is designed for individuals with a genuine passion for beauty and wellness who are eager to share inspirational knowledge and expertise.

In this position, you will go beyond simple transactions to provide solutions for your customers' total look. You will conduct mini-makeovers and skincare consultations, utilizing tools like the Skin Hydrometer to offer impartial advice regardless of brand or budget. Your day will involve engaging with customers to identify their unique needs, leading in-store events to foster brand loyalty, and leveraging omni-channel solutions to enhance the shopping experience. You will model a distinctive and delightful customer experience while maintaining the highest standards for the beauty department, ensuring testers are stocked, hygiene is maintained, and the environment remains clean and organized.
