About the Role

As a Beauty and Wellness Consultant, you will be the face of our beauty department, dedicated to maximizing sales and brand awareness through exceptional, personalized customer care. This role exists to provide impartial expertise and inspirational beauty knowledge regardless of a customer's brand preference or budget.

In this position, you will model a distinctive and delightful customer experience by engaging with shoppers to identify their unique needs. Your day will involve providing solutions for beauty and wellness requirements, ranging from mini-makeovers and skincare consultations to demonstrating product application using tools like the Skin Hydrometer. You will lead in-store events to foster brand loyalty and build authentic relationships with customers, ensuring they feel supported in achieving their total look.

Beyond direct customer interaction, you will maintain the highest standards for the beauty department, ensuring a clean, organized, and hygienic environment. You will collaborate with store leadership to review business performance, participate in training on new product launches and industry trends, and mentor new team members. This role is ideal for someone passionate about beauty who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys sharing their expertise to help others feel confident.
