As a Beauty and Wellness Consultant, you will be the face of our beauty department, dedicated to maximizing sales and brand awareness through exceptional, personalized customer care. This role is designed for individuals with a genuine passion for beauty and wellness who can provide inspirational knowledge and expertise regardless of a customer's brand preference or budget.
In this position, you will go beyond simple transactions to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience. Your day will involve engaging with customers to identify their unique needs, offering impartial advice, and providing solutions such as mini-makeovers and skincare consultations with an emphasis on the customer's total look. You will utilize tools like the Skin Hydrometer and tablets to demonstrate product application and lead in-store events that foster brand loyalty. By maintaining high standards for the beauty department and ensuring a clean, organized environment, you will help create a welcoming space where customers feel heard and valued.

Licensure in Cosmetology or as an Esthetician granted by the appropriate state licensing authority. Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community, and with vendors. Experience demonstrating makeup application and providing makeovers to customers. Experience selling Prestige brands. Degree from Beauty School. Experience with another retailer in the form of an Externship.
