As a Beauty and Wellness Consultant, you will be the face of our beauty department, dedicated to maximizing sales and brand awareness through exceptional, personalized customer care. This role is designed for individuals with a genuine passion for beauty and wellness who want to share inspirational knowledge and expertise with every guest.
In this position, you will go beyond simple transactions to provide a distinctive and delightful customer experience. You will engage with customers to identify their unique needs, offering impartial advice regardless of brand or budget. Your day will involve conducting mini-makeovers, skincare consultations, and product demonstrations using tools like the Skin Hydrometer to help customers achieve their total look. You will also lead in-store events to foster brand loyalty and utilize omni-channel solutions to ensure customers find the products they need, even if they are not currently in stock.
We are looking for team members who are eager to grow and develop their skills. Successful candidates will participate in training and e-learning modules to master new product launches and beauty trends. You will also have the opportunity to educate your team on new updates and collaborate with store leadership to review goals. Licensure in Cosmetology or as an Esthetician as granted by appropriate state licensing authority. Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community, and with vendors. Experience demonstrating makeup application and providing makeovers to customers. Experience selling Prestige brands. Degree from Beauty School. Experience with another retailer in the form of an Externship.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Degree from Beauty School preferred.
