About the Role

As a Beauty and Wellness Consultant, you will be the face of our beauty department, dedicated to maximizing sales and brand awareness through exceptional, personalized customer care. This role exists to provide impartial expertise and inspirational beauty knowledge regardless of a customer's brand preference or budget. You will model a distinctive and delightful customer experience, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.

In this position, you will go beyond simple transactions to become a trusted advisor. You will engage customers by identifying their unique needs, offering solutions for their beauty and wellness goals, and providing services such as mini-makeovers and skincare consultations. Your day will involve leveraging tools like the Skin Hydrometer and tablets to deliver professional product demonstrations, while also leading in-store events to foster brand loyalty. You will work collaboratively with store leadership and the wider team to maintain high standards for the beauty department, ensuring a clean, organized, and hygienic environment that reflects the quality of our products.

Hiring Process

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about beauty and wellness and eager to grow within a supportive team. If you have a high school diploma or GED and experience in retail sales or beauty product sales, we encourage you to apply. While licensure in cosmetology or esthetics is preferred, we value diverse backgrounds and a willingness to learn.
