As a Bartender at Boca, you will set a standard of culinary culture in Cincinnati. Boca showcases flavors from Italy and France, executed with French precision and technique. Recognized as one of the top French Restaurants in the United States by Travel + Leisure Magazine and OpenTable's top 100 Restaurants, our team is dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience.
In this role, you will be the face of the bar, initiating interactions with guests as they approach and maintaining casual conversation throughout their dining experience. You will execute detailed steps of service with high attention to detail in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Your expertise will be essential in mastering the execution of classic and craft cocktails, adhering strictly to recipes and proper mixology techniques while making tailored drink recommendations based on guest preferences.
Beyond the bar, you will be responsible for completing setup, running, and closing side work duties, including stocking products for smooth service. You will maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times and manage financial responsibilities, including cash handling and closing out credit card payments. We also expect you to participate in continuous education regarding food and beverage knowledge throughout your employment.
