Bartender

About the Role

As a JW Marriott Lifestyle Bartender, you will be the heart of the guest experience, responsible for crafting memorable moments through expert mixology and warm hospitality. This role exists to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless, safe, and delightful beverage service, whether in a bustling outlet or a special banquet event. You will blend professional drink preparation with a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction, adhering to all safety and legal guidelines for alcohol service.

Day in the Life

Your shift begins with setting up the bar, stocking glassware, and ensuring the station is pristine and ready for service. Throughout the day, you will interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner, taking the time to understand their preferences and recommend the perfect drink. You will manage the flow of the bar, handling cash and credit transactions accurately while monitoring consumption to promote responsible service. From maintaining a clean and organized workspace to assisting with inventory and resolving guest inquiries, your focus remains on delivering a positive experience in a fast-paced environment.
