About the Role

The Service Advisor is the vital link between our customers and our service department, performing automotive services in a timely and efficient manner while providing quality customer service. In this role, you will work in a customer service and sales-focused environment, assisting customers with purchases and explaining work orders and invoices clearly.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include utilizing computers and the VAST system to determine inventory levels, set up work orders, and schedule service work. You will interpret vehicle inspection results to make appropriate service recommendations, process customer payments, and perform essential automotive tasks such as installing batteries, balancing wheels, repairing tires, and performing oil changes using LOF procedures. Success in this position requires a strong awareness of loss prevention and safety policies.
