The Service Advisor is the vital link between our customers and our automotive service department. In this role, you will perform automotive services in a timely and efficient manner while providing exceptional, sales-focused customer service. You will be trained to achieve Level I status, equipping you to interpret vehicle inspection results and make appropriate service recommendations.
Your day will involve assisting customers with purchases, utilizing the VAST system to set up work orders and schedule service, and explaining invoices clearly. Beyond administrative duties, you will actively engage in hands-on tasks such as installing batteries, balancing wheels, repairing tires, and performing oil changes using LOF procedures. You will also handle retail cashier duties and ensure strict compliance with loss prevention and safety policies.
