About the Role

The Service Advisor is the vital link between our customers and our automotive service department. In this role, you will perform automotive services in a timely and efficient manner while providing exceptional quality customer service. You will be trained to achieve Level I status, equipping you to interpret vehicle inspection results and make appropriate service recommendations to customers.

Your day will involve assisting customers with purchases in a sales-focused environment, utilizing computers and the VAST system to manage inventory, set up work orders, and schedule service. You will also be responsible for explaining work orders and invoices clearly to customers, processing payments, and performing hands-on tasks such as installing batteries, balancing wheels, repairing tires, and performing oil changes using LOF procedures. Throughout your shift, you will demonstrate a strong awareness of loss prevention and safety policies.

Hiring Process
