About the Role

The Service Advisor is the vital link between our customers and our automotive service department. In this role, you will perform automotive services in a timely and efficient manner while providing exceptional quality customer service. You will be trained to achieve Level I status, equipping you to interpret vehicle inspection results and make appropriate service recommendations.

Your day will involve assisting customers with purchases in a sales-focused environment, utilizing computers and the VAST system to manage inventory, set up work orders, and schedule service. You will also handle retail cashier duties, process payments, and explain work orders and invoices clearly to customers. Whether installing batteries, balancing wheels, repairing tires, or performing oil changes, you will ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to safety and loss prevention compliance.

Hiring Process

Candidates must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks. We look for individuals who are 18 years of age or older and possess strong communication skills in English.
