We are looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Brandon, MS area.
As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. This role involves using fundamental leadership skills to enforce policies, schedule mechanics and technicians, manage outside orders, and ensure the quality and timely completion of jobs while prioritizing team member safety.
The Service Manager plays a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and sales initiatives. You will assist customers with tire selections, recommend necessary under-car repair services, and communicate directly with clients to assess their needs. A key part of this position is directing the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians to stage vehicle repair and maintenance work, ensuring high-quality results and a positive in-store experience.
