Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is a leader in the tire and automotive repair service field. We are pleased to join the Montgomery, AL area with the Grand Opening of a new Mavis Tire location. About the Role

We are seeking experienced automotive sales personnel to serve as future leaders of our new store. As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager to ensure the retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. Your role involves enforcing established policies and standards, scheduling mechanics and technicians, managing outside orders, and ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs while prioritizing team member safety.

As a Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales initiatives and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will assist customers with tire selections, recommend necessary under-car repair services, and communicate directly with clients to assess their needs. You will direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians, staging vehicle repair and maintenance work to ensure timely, high-quality completion.
