About the Role
We are hiring an Assistant Store Manager for our Monroe Retail location to join our Best-One team. In this role, you will lead a team committed to executing outstanding work and providing exceptional customer service. You will provide customers with professional, educated recommendations on tire purchases, repairs, and maintenance needs while ensuring the execution of all inventory and operational standards.
As a leader, you will be responsible for recruiting, evaluating, and training your team. You will maintain strong communication between the store and support departments, enforce company policies and procedures, and adhere to legal guidelines, including OSHA requirements. Success in this position requires maintaining current knowledge of product lines, service techniques, and a professional demeanor at all times.
