Key Responsibilities
- check_circleBridge communication between technicians and customers to translate inspections into recommendations
- check_circleCoach and develop advisors and technicians to reinforce processes and address performance gaps
- check_circleRun business operations including inventory ordering, cash handling, scheduling, and KPI tracking
- check_circleAct as Store Manager in their absence to model elite performance standards
- check_circleManage guest experience by greeting customers, building estimates, and closing sales
- check_circleEnsure compliance with OSHA and EHS regulations while maintaining shop standards
- check_circleLead daily operations by opening and closing the shop while maintaining safety and efficiency
Requirements
