As an Assistant Store Manager, you will serve as a champion of the business, leading with confidence to ensure the store meets its key performance indicators. You will be a vital partner to the General Manager, collaborating to develop clear action plans and thriving to achieve objectives and timelines.
Your day-to-day involves creating and implementing visual and merchandising strategies to increase sales while understanding floor capacity and store layout. You will be a result-driven role model, monitoring and coaching staff to continually improve selling opportunities and build genuine customer relationships. By utilizing tools and resources, you will enhance the customer experience, ensuring a store environment that is engaging, convenient, and focused on our customers.
You will thrive in change and uncertainty, generating ideas to evolve and grow the business. A key part of your mission is to motivate and inspire the team to achieve or exceed hourly, daily, and weekly business goals through in-store and omni-selling. You will also support the General Manager in building a dynamic team through networking and recruiting, while fostering a positive, productive work environment that celebrates diversity, inclusivity, teamwork, and creativity.
