About the Role

In this role, you will be instrumental in creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. You will establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Your focus will be on assisting the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals while monitoring all established quality assurance standards.

You will support the day-to-day functions of the Front-end operations, directing and supervising all functions, duties, and activities within the department. This position requires you to assist in the execution of best practices, goals, and Front-end standards. You will promote trust and respect among associates, creating an environment where customers feel welcome, important, and appreciated. By collaborating with Front-end associates and displaying a positive attitude, you will help foster a culture of teamwork and safety.
