About the Role
In this role, you will be instrumental in creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. You will help establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages customers to return. Your day-to-day will involve supporting the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals while monitoring all established quality assurance standards.
You will assist in directing and supervising all functions within the Front-end department, ensuring the execution of best practices and standards. This position requires you to demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. You will foster an environment where associates feel a sense of trust and respect, while ensuring customers feel welcome, important, and appreciated.

Requirements
- verifiedKnowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction)
- verifiedRetail or Customer Service experience
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent (Desired)
- verifiedSecond language (speaking, reading and/or writing) (Desired)
Nice to Have
High school diploma or equivalent. Management experience. Second language (speaking, reading and/or writing).
