About the Role
In this position, you will create an outstanding customer experience and inspire associates to deliver excellent customer service. You will establish and maintain a safe, clean environment that encourages our customers to return, while achieving sales and profit goals established for the department. Your role involves demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
You will fulfill customers' prescription needs while concentrating on the accuracy of every prescription filled and administer vaccines as needed. You will provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care to customers, ensuring pharmacies comply with all local, state, and federal laws. By creating a positive pharmacy department image through strong service, friendliness, and cooperativeness, you will help build lasting relationships with our community.
