About the Role
The Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in supporting the Store Manager in driving store operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and developing the team. This position is designed for a high-energy individual who thrives in a team environment and is passionate about maintaining a safe, respectful, and positive atmosphere for both associates and customers.
In this role, you will be the face of the store, ensuring that the sales floor and stockroom meet company standards for cleanliness and organization. You will assist in managing daily activities, from processing deliveries and maintaining promotional displays to handling sensitive tasks like payroll, scheduling, and loss prevention. A key part of your mission is to help the Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates, ensuring everyone adheres to safety guidelines and company policies.
