Assistant Manager II

About the Role

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Family Dollar, where you will play a pivotal role in driving store operations, elevating customer service, and fostering team development. In this position, you will partner closely with the Store Manager to ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for both associates and customers.

Your day will involve a dynamic mix of leadership and hands-on support. You will help supervise, train, and develop Store Associates while maintaining the highest standards of store cleanliness and organization. From managing merchandise flow from delivery trucks to the sales floor to ensuring promotional displays remain effective, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. Additionally, you will process corporate directives, handle record-keeping tasks, and protect company assets, ensuring that every aspect of the store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Hiring Process
