About the Role
We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Southfield, Michigan, to support store operations, elevate customer service, and foster team development. In this role, you will partner with the Store Manager to ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for both associates and customers.
Your day-to-day impact involves managing the flow of merchandise from delivery to the sales floor, maintaining store standards, and supervising store associates. You will be the face of the store, addressing customer questions with a positive and approachable manner while ensuring all corporate directives and safety guidelines are followed. This position is essential for maintaining a well-stocked, organized, and presentable store that meets company standards.

Requirements
