About the Role
We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Dyersville, Iowa, to support store operations, elevate customer service, and foster team development. In this role, you will partner with the Store Manager to ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for both associates and customers.

Beyond daily logistics, you will assist in training and developing Store Associates, processing corporate directives, and managing loss prevention efforts. This position requires a high-energy approach, balancing administrative tasks like record-keeping and payroll with physical demands such as lifting and maintaining store safety.
