About the Role
We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA, to support store operations, elevate customer service, and foster team development. In this role, you will partner with the Store Manager to ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for both associates and customers.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of operational leadership and hands-on support. You will help organize merchandise transfers from delivery trucks to the sales floor, maintain seasonal areas, and ensure store-front fixtures and displays remain effective. From processing corporate directives to managing record-keeping tasks like payroll and cash deposits, you will be instrumental in maintaining company standards. Additionally, you will play a key role in supervising, training, and developing Store Associates while ensuring all safety guidelines and policies are followed.

Requirements
