The Assistant General Manager (AGM) serves as a vital partner to the General Manager, ensuring the seamless operation of the property and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This is a highly hands-on position where the AGM acts as the acting lead for guest relations, incident response, and team direction whenever the General Manager is off-site.
In this role, you will be the face of the hotel during your shift, supervising staff across front desk, housekeeping, custodial, and maintenance departments. You will step into frontline positions as needed, inspect rooms and public areas for quality and cleanliness, and manage critical financial procedures at the front desk. Your day-to-day involves coordinating with various teams to ensure rooms are rent-ready, resolving guest incidents ranging from service requests to medical emergencies, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and security.

Punctuality and dependability are essential, as the role requires flexibility to work scheduled shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to provide emergency coverage when needed.
