Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verified18 years of age
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience
- verifiedEnglish communication required
- verifiedSpanish comprehension helpful
- verifiedReading, writing, math, and computer/POS skills
- verifiedPrevious experience as Assistant Manager / General Manager in customer service with P&L experience
- verifiedKnowledge of Food & Beverage performance metrics, product specifications, and management systems
- verifiedKnowledge of food handling/food safety procedures
- verifiedReliable transportation
- verifiedAvailability for weekends, evenings, and holidays
- verifiedMinimum 50 hours per week
