About the Role

This position serves as a vital link between Circle K and our customers at the Alliance, Ohio location. You will be the face of the store, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while managing the day-to-day operations of a busy convenience and fuel center. The role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked facility.

Your day will involve a dynamic mix of customer interaction, operational tasks, and facility maintenance. You will greet customers warmly, assist them with their needs, and accurately process transactions across various payment methods. Beyond the register, you will manage inventory, handle merchandise deliveries, and ensure the store meets high standards of cleanliness and safety. Whether you are restocking shelves, cleaning the parking lot, or operating fuel consoles, your attention to detail helps keep the store running smoothly for our community.

check_circleMaintain store cleanliness and inspect facilities for safety and proper working order
check_circleReceive and verify vendor deliveries while maintaining adequate stock levels

check_circleMonitor inventory levels and conduct shift audits to control merchandise and cash
check_circleReport all incidents including injuries, theft, or equipment failures to the Store Manager
check_circleOperate cash registers and handle all payment transactions accurately
check_circleProvide prompt and courteous customer service by greeting and assisting customers
check_circlePerform multi-function operations on fuel consoles, lottery, and money order machines

Requirements
