About the Role
This position is based at our Circle K location in Mooresville, Indiana, serving as a vital part of our overnight team. As a key member of the store operations, you will ensure the facility remains safe, clean, and welcoming for customers during the overnight hours. Your role is essential in maintaining the high standards of service and operational efficiency that our brand is known for, handling everything from customer interactions and cash management to facility upkeep and inventory control.
Day in the Life
You will be the first face customers see and the last they thank, providing prompt and courteous service while managing the front counter. Your day involves operating a variety of equipment, including cash registers, fuel consoles, and lottery machines, while ensuring all transactions are accurate. Beyond the counter, you will maintain the store's condition by performing housekeeping duties, inspecting equipment for safety, and managing merchandise stock and signage. You will also handle administrative tasks such as shift audits and reporting any discrepancies or safety concerns to the Store Manager.
