About the Role

As a Store Team Member, you will be the face of TXB, working in close support of the store management team to ensure the smooth operation of our location. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Your day-to-day involves a dynamic mix of responsibilities, from greeting customers with a warm welcome and assisting them in finding products to handling transactions with accuracy and care. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and inviting environment, ensuring shelves are stocked, and resolving any guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism. Whether you are balancing the register, processing returns, or collaborating with the team to achieve departmental goals, your contribution directly impacts our ability to leave our guests better than we found them.
