About the Role
The Store Team Member is the heartbeat of our locations, working in support of the store management team to facilitate the completion of all store-level tasks. This role is designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to embrace being a team player.
In this position, you will ensure an exceptional customer experience that supports our purpose to "Leave 'em Better." Your day will involve greeting customers as they enter, assisting them with questions or price discrepancies, and helping them locate products. You will handle transactions, process returns, and ensure accurate cash balancing, all while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment through housekeeping duties and product replenishment.
