As a Store Team Member, you will work in support of the store management team to facilitate the completion of all store-level tasks. You will perform a variety of functions across different areas of the store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience that supports our purpose to "Leave 'em Better."
In this role, you will be the face of our brand, greeting customers as they enter, assisting them with questions or price discrepancies, and helping them locate products. You will handle transactions, process returns, and ensure accurate cash handling. Beyond the register, you will maintain a clean and welcoming environment through housekeeping duties, replenish products to ensure stock availability, and participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
No prior experience is necessary; we provide successful completion of on-the-job training to get you started.
