About the Role

The Store Team Member works in support of the store management team to facilitate the completion of all store-level tasks. You will perform a variety of functions across the store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience that supports our purpose to "Leave 'em Better."
In this role, you will be the face of the brand, greeting customers as they enter, assisting with product inquiries, and resolving complaints. You will handle transactions, process returns, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. It is a fast-paced position where being a team player and communicating well with others is essential to achieving departmental and company goals.

- check_circleMaintain store cleanliness through dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal

- check_circleBalance cash registers and ensure accurate sales reporting at shift end
