The Assistant Director supports the Director of Human Resources in managing comprehensive HR operations for the Diocese. Serving as a strategic partner to leadership, this role ensures that all HR practices align with Catholic teachings, diocesan values, and regulatory requirements. The position oversees recruitment, benefits administration, compliance reporting, employee relations, compensation analysis, and training initiatives across all diocesan locations.
This role is deeply rooted in the mission of the Church. The successful candidate must be willing and able to effectively communicate the Catholic Church's teachings through ministry activities and act as a personal witness to the Catholic faith. Living both professional and personal life in accordance with the doctrines and moral teachings of the Roman Catholic Church, including the Catechism, is essential to this position.
