About the Role
The Area Coach provides overall leadership and direct supervision of approximately 4 to 10 Taco Bell restaurants. In this role, you will ensure that each Restaurant General Manager (RGM) meets or exceeds the Annual Operating Plan established for their individual unit. You will act as a people role model, embodying the "How We Work Together" principles while finding, hiring, and developing the best RGMs, Assistant General Managers, and Shift Managers.
Your day-to-day involves coaching RGMs on the "4 Rights" within their restaurants and providing regular feedback during one-on-one sessions. You will take initiative to go beyond what is simply required, maintaining a high activity level to lead product and program rollouts. A key part of your mission is understanding how customers view your restaurants through scheduled visits and detailed analysis, while also resolving customer complaints quickly to maintain positive relations. Additionally, you will analyze the financial performance of your area to identify and act on trends.
