About the Role
The Restaurant General Manager is a pivotal leader responsible for directing daily operations and ensuring strict compliance with company standards. This role goes beyond management; it is about creating value for shareholders through efficient operations and profit management while maintaining the highest levels of Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Hospitality. You will personally spend time interacting with guests during peak hours, ensuring menu availability, and championing a positive, safe work environment. From overseeing product preparation and inventory management to recruiting, training, and motivating hourly staff, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional service to every guest.
