About the Role
The Restaurant General Manager is a pivotal leader responsible for directing the daily operations of the restaurant. This role ensures strict compliance with company standards across all areas, from product preparation and delivery to guest relations and financial accountability. You will be the face of the brand, personally interacting with guests during peak hours to maintain the highest levels of Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Hospitality. Beyond operations, you will build a positive, safe work environment while managing inventory, equipment maintenance, and the recruitment and development of hourly managers and team members.
