About the Role
As an Assistant General Manager at Fazoli's, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful operation, growth, and prosperity of your assigned restaurant. Working closely with the General Manager, you will execute the core pillars of People, Sales, and Profit to ensure operational excellence and financial success.
Your day-to-day involves partnering with the General Manager to build professional community relationships that foster brand awareness and create mutually beneficial business opportunities. You will help develop the restaurant team's succession and bench strength, ensuring operational standards and financial goals are met. Additionally, you will assist in maximizing profitability by enforcing effective management practices that enhance efficiency, minimize waste, and promote a safe, secure environment for guests and team members alike.
We are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit, a competitive nature, and contagious enthusiasm who can work independently and alongside the General Manager to implement ideas that combat risks and enhance opportunities. Hiring Process
Candidates must successfully complete all required Fazoli's training and certifications, including SERV Safe. All applicants will undergo routine and periodic background checks, motor vehicle report reviews, and reference checks. Internal candidates must have completed the development readiness checklist and have the recommendation of their current General Manager and Area Supervisor.

Requirements

- verified1-year Fazoli's Assistant Manager experience (internal)
