About the Role

As a General Manager, your mission is to reinforce the Border Foods Core Values while making the lives of our employees and guests better. You will be responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant, building a strong team that consistently provides customers with great food and a friendly experience.

In this role, you will create opportunities to positively impact life experiences. You will guide team members and Shift Leaders, ensuring they complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food. You will foster a culture of recognition, resolve employee issues in a timely manner, and represent Border Foods in handling customer complaints with a sincere approach. As a strategic planner, you will drive restaurant success by interpreting P&L statements, managing labor and inventory, and developing training plans for new hires.
