About the Role
As a General Manager, your mission is to reinforce the Border Foods Core Values: Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, and Empowerment. You will unlock the full potential of our employees and guests' restaurant experience by creating safe, welcoming, and supportive environments where everyone can thrive.
The purpose of this role is to make the lives of employees and guests better by creating opportunities to positively impact life experiences. You will be responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers great food and a friendly experience. This involves guiding team members to serve safe, quality food, scheduling correctly, and driving fast, friendly service. You will also act as a strategic planner, utilizing P&L statements to deliver profit and minimizing loss through strict adherence to cash handling and accounting policies.
