About the Role
The Restaurant Manager serves as the operational leader, building and supervising a team dedicated to achieving Little Caesars' goals for customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability. This role is designed to ensure the restaurant operates seamlessly according to company standards, maintaining a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment for every guest.
As a hands-on leader, you will motivate, direct, and coach crew members to work proficiently at their assigned stations. Your day involves troubleshooting operational problems, finding acceptable solutions, and ensuring that every customer receives consistent, high-quality products and service. You will support the Area Supervisor by driving sales growth and controlling costs through the diligent use of financial tools and processes.
This position requires a dynamic work style, with a schedule of approximately 50 hours per week. The role involves significant physical activity, including lifting, squatting, and standing for extended periods, as well as the ability to lift and move items up to 55 pounds. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of restaurant operations, from opening and closing procedures to managing financial responsibilities with integrity.
Hiring Process
Candidates for this role are evaluated based on their experience and leadership potential. Externally recruited Management Trainees must demonstrate a minimum of two years of management experience in a quick-service restaurant or one year in a full-service setting. Internally promoted candidates must have at least two years of restaurant or retail management experience and a recommendation from their current manager. The selection process includes an interview with the District Manager to assess fit and capability.
