The Hilton Cleveland Downtown, located in the heart of the city, is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Director of Security to join our dedicated safety and security team. As part of a global hospitality leader, our team is committed to ensuring the safety of our guests and team members while maintaining the security of the property.
As the Assistant Director of Security, you will act as a key partner to the Director, stepping in to oversee and implement all safety and security programs and initiatives. Your primary mission is to ensure the safety of guests and team members and the security of the hotel and property. You will assist in administering safety operations, directing patrols to identify risks, leading investigations into accidents or thefts, and coordinating responses to emergency situations. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison with law enforcement, manage team performance, and recruit and train new team members.
