As an Applications Engineer, you will play a critical part in our project lifecycle, guiding initiatives from the initial concept through to final delivery. This role is designed for an experienced professional who thrives at the intersection of engineering and customer service. You will be responsible for developing and applying our technology to create customized packaging solutions that meet unique client needs.
In this position, you will collaborate directly with customers to define their requirements and translate them into actionable project plans. Your day-to-day will involve designing system configurations, overseeing installations, and ensuring seamless integration with client operations. Beyond the technical design, you will provide essential guidance during troubleshooting, prepare detailed documentation, and conduct training sessions to empower clients on system operations and maintenance. You will also serve as a key technical resource for our sales team, supporting project proposals with deep industry expertise.
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate a strong engineering background and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. While specific technical certifications like PMP, CAP, or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous, we value the practical application of skills in automation, robotics, and system integration.
