About the Role
Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking Airport Ramp Agents to serve as the backbone of ground operations at Lihue Airport (LIH). In this non-driving position, you will provide exceptional customer service by managing the critical flow of cargo, baggage, and airmail within the Bag Room and on the airport ramp. This role is essential for ensuring that flights depart on time with their cargo and luggage safely and efficiently handled.
You will be the first point of contact for the physical movement of goods, working in a dynamic environment where safety and precision are paramount. Your day will involve directing aircraft servicing activities, safeguarding items from weather, loss, theft, or damage, and utilizing computer systems to track and catalogue luggage. Whether working the A.M., P.M., or overnight shifts, you will be responsible for the safe lifting, loading, and unloading of passenger baggage and freight, ensuring every piece is accounted for and transported correctly to and from the aircraft.

Requirements
