Unifi has decades of experience in the aviation services industry. We continue to innovate, adapt, and grow by leaning on our experience and expertise in airline ground services. Our vision is to be the most respected company by providing exceptional experience getting aircraft and passengers to their destination safely.
We are seeking individuals to join our growing team who are passionate, have integrity, and have empathy for how their words and decisions affect our employees, customers, and partners. No prior experience is required; paid training is provided for all new employees.
As a Baggage Operations Agent in Honolulu, you will work independently to support the team, ramp personnel, and customers by resolving baggage delays in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. This role is the bridge between physical baggage handling and administrative resolution.
Your day will involve managing tasks between and during flight arrivals, responding to requests through the baggage software system, emails, and phone calls. You will assist passengers in filing claims for delayed luggage and resolving issues related to damaged baggage. During each shift, you will oversee flight arrivals at the baggage claim area, review unclaimed bags, and investigate their status before ensuring proper closure of files.
The position requires balancing physical tasks, such as walking and moving bags, with administrative duties on the computer. You will conduct searches across various areas, maintain active communication with ramp staff, complete shift-specific reports, and track detailed information about baggage transportation.
Join our team and see where the flight benefits can take you. We offer flight privileges for employees and eligible family members after 30 days, along with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k plan, and exclusive discounts and wellness programs.
Unifi is committed to equal opportunity employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, or veteran status.
