The Role & Your Mission

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive, Mid-Market to join our commercial team. In this role, you will focus on generating new business opportunities with pharmaceutical companies, biotechs, and CROs in the drug development industry. Your work will help drive the adoption of our AI-powered platform, enabling clients to streamline regulatory processes, ensure compliance, and accelerate time to market.

Your day-to-day efforts will drive brand awareness, enable key partnerships and collaborations, and support the company's hyper-growth in a fast-paced, evolving market. You will partner with prospects to understand their challenges, map stakeholders, and introduce them to how our platform can transform their operations.

This is a remote position, ideally based in Austin, Chicago, or Denver. The role involves up to 50% travel for prospect/customer meetings, trade shows, and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleCollaborate with the Product team to maintain deep knowledge of platform capabilities
  • check_circleRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
  • check_circleMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for bookings and conversions
  • check_circleExecute outbound campaigns via phone, email, and social media to engage prospects
  • check_circleManage the full sales pipeline from initial engagement to contract close
  • check_circleResearch and identify potential clients within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors
  • check_circleQualify leads by understanding client challenges and mapping stakeholders
  • check_circleTrack and update lead interactions and pipeline data in CRM tools
  • check_circleMonitor industry trends and regulatory changes to differentiate offerings

Requirements

Knowledge of FDA, EMA, ICH guidelines, or other regulatory bodies. Previous exposure to the biotech, pharmaceutical, or clinical research industry.
