We are looking for an eager, coachable, and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). If you are motivated to break into tech sales, hungry to succeed, and ready to work hard, this role offers the perfect entry point.
As an SDR, you will play a critical role in driving GrowthZone's revenue engine by creating high-quality pipeline for our sales organization. You will master modern prospecting through a balance of targeted outbound campaigns, inbound lead follow-up, and strategic engagement with key association leaders. This is a high-energy role where preparation, effort, and coachability matter just as much as experience.
You will be part of a performance-driven culture that values consistency, problem-solving, and thoughtful communication across phone and email. We will provide the training; you bring the intensity, curiosity, and ownership mentality.
This role is based in Midtown Atlanta with a hybrid schedule anchored at Colony Square, one of the city's most vibrant business hubs. GrowthZone is expanding its Atlanta presence and looking for high-caliber Sales Development talent to help fuel our next phase of growth. Employees are expected to work in the office three days per week as part of our hybrid model.
We hire for talent, attitude, and willingness to learn—not just resumes. Our core business hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CT.
After one year, you will know you were successful if you have built strong knowledge of our software, CRM (HubSpot), and industry; consistently meet or exceed activity, demo scheduling, and pipeline goals; and create excellent first impressions while managing leads with professionalism.
